Islamorada is comprised of six islands including Plantation Key, Windley Key, Upper Matecumbe Key, Lower Matecumbe Key and the offshore islands of Indian Key and Lignumvitae Key.

This might be the only place on Earth where it is possible to catch a sailfish in the morning, and then venture into the backcountry in pursuit of bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook and redfish in just inches of water.

At Long Key State Park, visitors kick back or meander along lush, tropical nature trails. At Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State Park, they view an old quarry dug by the late Henry Flagler's railroad workers. Indian Key Historic State Park and Lignumvitae Key Botanical State Park offer visitors a glimpse into Florida's unique island history dating back to the early 1800's.

General Information: Welcome to Venetian Shores Rental Vacation Home in the Florida Keys ... located on the peaceful, northern end of Islamorada, in the quite residential neighborhood of Venetian Shores. Islamorada is just 75 miles from Miami, 80 miles from Key West and sits between the clear waters of the Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It is bestowed with a Coral Reef three to five miles offshore that is filled with spectacular life.

This vacation gem boasts large rooms furnished in rattan and decorated with a tropical flair. You can enjoy the view from the living/dining room and kitchen as it has 4 large sliding glass doors opening upon our large deck. Coconut palms, hibiscus and other tropical blooms enhance your views from the balcony. Other features of the home include:
