Activities/Attractions: Psematismenos is a delightful village set apart from the usual tourist tracks, offering the perfect base for touring this lovely Mediterranean Island, situated as it is midway between the towns of Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca, each only 25 minutes drive away.

Located only a 3-minute drive from the sea, Psematismenos is a village that has a local church, a mini market, a bank and a local tavern. Psematismenos village is located between the 3 main cities of Cyprus: Larnaka-Limassol-Nicosia. It is approximately 30 Km from Larnaka airport and 30Km from Limassol, 50Km from Nicosia and 2Km from the sea.

The village is surrounded by olive and citrus groves and agricultural land, which forms the basis of the local economy, it has charming cobbled streets and original village houses - many restored to retain their traditional charm. You will find that there are only so many locations which can combine the perfect balance between sea and mountain, antiquity and modern life attractions.

General Information: Welcome to The Old School House in Cyprus ... a Traditional Cypriot Village School House situated in the centre of Psematismenos village, renovated to a high standard for comfort and functionality whilst keeping the traditional Cypriot "feel".

This idyllic property consists of well appointed rooms, balconies with stunning views of the local area, private pool, barbecue and secluded seating area for "al-fresco" meals. The area is also ideal for relaxing evenings either secluded individual space or a "sociable" approach.

• There are four double rooms, one twin room and one single room
  
• Each tastefully furnished and guaranteed for comfort and relaxation
  
• All rooms have air conditioning
  
• There are two shower rooms (with WC) and one bathroom with bath and shower
  
• There is also a separate WC
  
• All rooms are serviced daily and bathrooms are provided with towels, soaps and shower gels etc.
  
• Hairdryers are provided in all rooms
  
• There is also the use of washing machine, iron and ironing board if required
  
• There are sun beds around the pool with umbrellas or shade from the pergola and seating on the veranda area
  
• Breakfast is a choice of cooked English breakfast, local meats and cheeses, fresh fruit salad, delicious local yoghurt and honey, lashings of toast, homemade marmalade and jams, orange juice and pot of fresh brewed coffee or tea
