Activities/Attractions: We are located in a very interesting spot among Tuscany, Umbria, Marche and Emilia Romagna. The Tiber Valley is a corner of Tuscany, rich from the naturalistic point of view, but also in historical, artistic and religious perspective. Nature is incredibly various: in some spots it's spectacular and uncontaminated, with hermitages, old farmhouses, parish churches and castles spread all around.
The Cardo resort is a perfectly situated to the main art towns in Central Italy, such as Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Urbino, Siena, Florence, Ravenna, Gubbio, Cortona on the Trasimeno Lake, Sanseplcro and Città di Castello. You are surrounded by small Medieval villages such as Citerna, Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, Montone, Caprese Michelangelo, Chiusi della Verna. All are a short distance and easy to reach.

The farm-house was built around an ancient tower dating back to Longobard times, one thousand years ago. Your hosts, Maria Pia and Cesare's, affection for ancient farm-houses, have meticulously renovated the property into an elegant and comfortable home.
