"Overall, I thought the hotel was fantastic, the valets were lovely and always ready to give advice on directions etc. If I return I would definitely return to this hotel, Keg restaurant is great."
"The rooms were clean and spacious.. all of the rooms are two rooms suites. The Fallsview room offered a magnificent view of the falls and city. There was nothing I was left asking for in the room except robes! Other than that it was perfect."
"The view was likely the best in the Falls area. We attended a concert at the Casino, it was only a 2 minute walk from our hotel. We had dinner at the Keg (14th floor), it was really lovely with the fireworks display over the falls. Our room was on the 31st floor & had a beautiful view of the Canadian & American falls. The tram adjacent to the hotel will give you a lift down the hill to the falls walkway for $2. We will return in February for another long weekend getaway."
"We stayed two nights at this hotel in August 2007. We selected it because one member of our party was not sure if they would be able to tour Niagara Falls and this hotel boasted that all rooms had great views of the Falls. Well, our room had a view of both Falls and it was simply breathtaking! Overall we loved the location of the hotel; breakfast was good and plentiful and the view of the Falls made this hotel a great choice for my family. I would recommend all to stay at this hotel and especially if you have children."
"The staff were all very helpful, courteous, well trained and genuinely seemed glad to see us. The valet waved us in, the bellman was automatic, the front desk clerk allowed us to check in 2 hours early, the concierge had all the answers, and the maid was efficient and invisible. All in all, it was a very positive experience and would not stay anywhere else if I return to the area and led me to title this review "I Do Not See How It Can Get Any Better At Niagara Falls!"

"We stayed one night - on a Travelzoo offer that included $40 voucher to use at the two hotel restaurants (Keg, TGIs) and full breakfast all for $115! Incredibly cheap, fantastic room - booked city view upgraded to jacuzzi fallsview room without asking. Check in is supposed to be 4pm but as we arrived early we managed to check in at 2pm. Friendly staff, outstanding rooms, fantastic location and an absolute bargain."
"Stayed on the 33rd. floor. Had a great view of both falls. Loved the whirlpool tub. Very clean, lots of pillows on the bed. Nice amenities like a separate dressing area and granite counter tops. Complimentary breakfast each morning was nice and hot lots of variety. Get there early and sit by the window. Breakfast is served in The Keg Restaurant."
"Easily the best value in a hotel room I've ever had. (we stayed off-season so the rates were great). Two separate rooms. Two queen beds in main room and a pull-out couch, table and chairs and a second TV in the second room. Microwave, fridge, wet bar. The room was huge and very comfortable, very clean as well."

"Embassy Suites is a really great Hotel. Breakfast was huge. Service with a smile. We stayed on the 15th floor and could see Niagara from the Jacuzzi . The Casino is a block down the road. You pay $5 when you drive out of the car park and $10 at the weekend. If you've played at the Casino the parking is free."
